1. Preheat the oven to 325F. Spray a 1 1/2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Combine the kernel corn, cream corn, muffin mix, sour cream, melted butter, and green onions in a medium bowl and mix well. Add the eggs and mix just until the ingredients are moistened.
3. Spoon the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake until set, about 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
Variation
If fresh corn is in season, cut the kernels from two large ears and use them in place of the whole kernel corn.
